I led a worship conference this last weekend, and we sang Springsteen so I could show the group a style to apply to a traditional hymn. Someone in the crowd is a Springsteen aficionado, and he gave me a list of Bruce songs to sing in church. Who knew? Just led a worship seminar yesterday, lots of churches in attendance that are under 50 in worship. Greatest fear for pastors, it seams: How do we get the time to actually get out into the mission field when we have two and three churches and so few people to keep things going? It’s going to be hard, yet the answer is simple: u have to want to go, and go BADLY, to have more of God in your own life.
